XperiaAcro HD is based on the Xperia S, with the NX. This is not only it but Sony has revealed that it has added some additional features related to the Japanese Market. The specs that had been revealed are; it is an NFC (near field communication ) enabled Android 2.3 Gingerbread-running smart phone having an infrared port and a TV tuner thrown.
It has a camera of 12 mega pixels, the good thing about it is that it has been made waterproof which has become a feature of great emphasis. The NFC feature allows customers to communicate with each other more easily while sharing the contents. Besides these there are many other features that have been added based on NFC.
