Angry Birds Knock on Wood – The Popular Angry Birds Toy For Kids

Finally, Angry Birds have made their debut on board game which is called as “Angry Birds Knock on Wood”. This game is available for ages around 5 and up. The most exciting thing about this game is this that it hasn’t lost its same type of addictive fun. So, the Angry birds are no longer being restricted to a computer screen.

Designed for 2 to 4 players, in this game each side has to pull a card and has to set wooden blocks according to the formation given on the cards. These blocks are designed in such a way that they are easy to use for building structures. By determining the playing order of the participants, the game is started. When the playing order gets decided the other players have to pull a card and create a particular structure according to their cards.

These structures represent the pig’s defenses and there are two special level deck which allow the players to build more difficult structures to earn more points. As the game continues players have to create more difficult structures starting from simple fences to complex towers. In the bonus levels players are allowed to create any structure according to their imaginations.

(When the structure is completed the player who represents the Annoyed Birds gets activated to shoot a specified Irritated Bird on the structure. Players with the aid of the catapult destroy these structures to kill the pigs. When all parts of the pigs structure is shattered the players get a certain specified amount of points. Players also get points for killing the pigs. (Every player only gets specified amount of chances to knock over a pig’s structure and the pigs before their turn is over. The first player who reaches the 1000 points first, wins the game.)

The people who have played this game say that knocking down the pig’s structure and the pigs with Angry Bird heads is not as simple as it looks. A specific eye and hand coordination is required to destroy all the structures and the pigs.

One of the best things about this game is that it enhances the eye and hand coordination of the younger children as it needs practice and sharp aiming skill to use the catapult to destroy the structures and the pigs. This game can be played in about two hours or maybe more as it has the ability to become very addictive because of its similarities to the video game and gets very exciting when players try to destroy the structures and the pigs with the help of catapult.

Game pieces should be kept safe as without all these parts structures can’t be built props
